Pre-Delivery Inspection Information
Key Aspects of a PDI:
- System Testing: Technicians check that the furnace, air conditioner, water heater, water pump, and slide-outs work.
- Safety Checks: Smoke detectors, LP detectors, and carbon monoxide detectors are tested.
- Structural & Cosmetic Audit: Inspectors look for roof leaks, sealant issues, wall delamination, cabinet functionality, and trim damage.
- Final Touches: The RV is cleaned, and systems are generally pressurized for testing.
